4.1 Cancellation by You:

If you need to cancel any services, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the service price
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the service price
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the service price

We reserve the right to cancel any services under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative service package.

If you wish to change any service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your selected services if necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to you promptly, and you will have the option to accept the changes or request a refund.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and other potential travel-related issues.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary passports, visas, and health documents required for your travel. Dream Casters is not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with these requirements.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability:

Dream Casters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8.2 Force Majeure:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or strikes.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your tour guide or our representative immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing within 14 days of your return.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Dream Casters is registered. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
